SHANGHAI -- Zong Qinghou, the founder and chairman of major Chinese beverage maker Hangzhou Wahaha Group, has died from an illness at age 79, the company has announced.
Zong, one of China's most influential business moguls, led Wahaha to growth as China's economy boomed.
