Aldi to bring back best-selling beverage in just days - and the drink has won awards - GB News

Dry January may be over but many Britons are still keen to experience fresh, non-hungover mornings in February and beyond.

Aldi has announced it will be relaunching an alcohol-free alternative to Rosé next month.

The supermarket said: "Back by popular demand, Aldi is returning its award-winning Zerozecco Rosé for just £2.99 (75cl), available in stores from March 7."

"Boasting fruity red berry notes and a dry finish, this well-balanced tipple is the perfect alcohol-free alternative for those wanting to raise a toast to Springtime sunshine."

The supermarket revealed that Zerozecco Rosé was the recipient of an award at the Global Wine Awards Low & No 2023, scooping up Silver.

Aldi said: "The return comes as more shoppers turn to low and no alternatives – with demand in the market continuing to grow.

"Whether it’s motivated by hangover hatred or a newfound love for tasty 0 per cent tipples, the new Zerozecco Rosé is expected to be a bubbling sell-out once again."

Aldi shoppers can pick up their bottles of Zerozecco Rosé via Click and Collect, as well as in-store.

But Aldi's Zerozecco Rosé is not the only drink the supermarket has recently reintroduced.

The supermarket restocked a "delicious" £8 product ahead of Valentine's Day and shoppers were overjoyed. One said: "I need this in my life."

Aldi said: "A solid fan favourite, this delicious take on a raspberry-inspired Eton Mess dessert is sure to tick anyone’s boxes.

"A combination of double cream, lusciously sweet raspberry and rich vanilla flavours creates an indulgently smooth treat, also perfect for gifting."
