Clifford Chance, Jingtian & Gongcheng and Harneys are advising China Resources Beverage Ltd (CR Beverage), a soft drinks unit of state-owned enterprise China Resources Holdings Company Limited, on its initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).
CR Beverage has filed for a listing on April 22, 2024. The amount the company hopes to raise has not been announced, however, Bloomberg reported last year that a potential listing of its bottled water unit C’estbon, could raise up to $1 billion in Hong Kong. It was also reported that the company was working with Bank of America Corp. and BOC International on its debut.
