A popular non-alcoholic beverage business has gone into voluntary administration, however its founder has reassured customers the company is not going anywhere.
The Non Alcoholic Drinks Co Pty Ltd, which trades as Sans Drinks, was placed into administration on July 17 according to documents filed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The company’s founder Irene Falcone told 7NEWS.com.au the business was not collapsing, but rather was undergoing a “simple restructuring”.

“Everything is trading as normal,” she said.
However, the Sans Drinks shop in Westfield Warringah Mall in Brookvale, NSW, will close.
The company will return to trading online only with a “more refined selection of drinks that are not available in supermarkets”, Falcone said.
“Foot traffic just isn’t there to sustain bricks and mortar (stores) in this economic climate,” she said.
Insolvency firm Jirsch Sutherland has been appointed as administrator.
Falcone launched Sans Drinks in 2020 when she was frustrated with the limited non-alcoholic options available at the time.
Sans Drinks stocks a host of alcohol-free wine and spirits including its in-house brands Sans Bar and Ms Sans.
The entrepreneur had previously founded Nourished Life, a beauty product site focusing on organic and sustainable products, in 2012.
Falcone sold the business in 2017.
